AstroScouts

Where nature meets accessibility

Our Mission

AstroScouts was born from the footsteps of youth—an effort to bring parks to light through accessibility, sustainability, and shared voices.

Parks are fading away.

24%
of teenagers report visiting a park more than once a month
86%
of public parks still lack ADA-compliant pathways

Parks have been warming twice as fast as the U.S. as a whole.

Many parks are frontline spaces for the climate impact, but lack the data to adapt.

Our Commitment to a Brighter Future for Parks.

Faced with the urgent challenges of declining engagement, accessibility gaps, and the profound impacts of climate change, AstroScouts is dedicated to empowering communities and preserving our natural spaces. We believe that by fostering a deeper connection with nature and providing transparent, actionable insights, we can build a more resilient and inclusive future for parks. Our approach is rooted in three core pillars:

Accessibility

Everyone deserves to experience nature—regardless of ability.

Sustainability

We measure impact as much as we admire beauty.

Environmental Honesty

Our ratings are sourced from those who walk the trails.
